Ningbo Donglai Chemical CO., Ltd. is a private-run DOP manufacturer. According the contract with Ningbo chemical zone management committee in July, 2003, Donglai will invest 150 million Yuan in this park and build a 150,000 t/a of DOP equipment, and it will be put into function at June, 2004. It can bring 110 million Yuan back to to our co***ny every year. The second phase is 250,000t/a of DOP, the income will be 200 million Yuan per year. Our co***ny was founded as Ningbo Aitejia trade co., Ltd in 1992. It was a DOP trader. Aitejia got lots of information, channels and customer from the trade of DOP. With Aitejia's business got bigger and bigger, the supply of DOP could not meet the demand of our business intensively; therefore, we founded Donglai as the production base of DOP ourselves. Zhejiang province is a large consumption market of plasticizer, with the sales channels from Aitejia; we are trying out best to expanding our business. This project will make Donglai to be a production and trade co***ny. It will not only increase our competition, but also improve our benefits.
Donglai covers an area of 120,000sqm, the building area is 19,660sqm. There are 25 senior technicians & 50 technicians In our co***ny, 40% of our staffs are technicians. Donglai has had a good management system.Through taking leading spectroscopic instruments to inspect outr production, our production can meet theinternational standard; at the same time, our DOP production iscontrolled by DCS system automatically. Whenever you check out production, its yield will be 100% totally. There are a complete technical developing system and sales network inside Donglai, our products have been sold all the city of China, especially we enjoy very high market share in Fuzhou, Wenzhou and Taizhou.High beginning, large scale production, fast development, fast growth, increase strength: is our policy.
